According to CNBC, a 2020 study was conducted on reducing stress by looking at a plant for 3 minutes; still others have touted plants’ positive impact on “memory, mood, creativity, and productivity.”
While a surprising study was published in 2019 stating that potted plants do not improve indoor air quality, however, many homeowners still tout the benefits of having houseplants as being more than ornamental.
